I think he earned it and gives us an extra energy guy potential.

FYI, at the draft combine, Scrubb measured 6'6" with a 6'10" wingspan. Good size for a wing. And he was clearly a guy who could shoot, handle the ball and get a bucket in summer league.

Nice pickup.

This sucks. I expect Cs sign someone else for that spot now. Recover soon, young fella.

Unfortunate. He was a great 2-way pickup

Disappointing for him. I assume he gets a settlement and we sign someone else?

Darn. Bummed for the guy but hope he works his way back. For the Celtics for now: Steward gets his spot?

I think we desperately need a legit backup PF.

I would think so. Unless Steward looks bad in camp - then we might sign some other guy who gets cut during camp by a different team..

IDK what the Settlement will be for Jay Scrubb?
I know that Two-Way players can be Guaranteed half their Salary, on Day 1 of the Regular Season.

Anyone have information on what he'll get paid, now?

Really sad news. Hopefully he can follow Max Strus' example who was in a similar position as a fringe NBA guy when he tore his ACL before coming back stronger than ever.

I’d give Brissett and Stevens a crack at that, assuming that Tatum is starting at the 4 a lot.
