The 2 challenges a game is a bull*** rule. With Brothers and co you need at least 10.

PP, Brown and Jrue played great.
JT was huge on defense. His versatility on defense allowed us to get stops and easy baskets. Stopping a giant in Lopez is not a trivial thing, and he did it multiple times. On offense, against smaller defenders he should dribble less and get the ball on the baseline and work from there.
I think Tillman surpassed Kornet on the pecking order. He is solid.
Walsh had some good energy minutes and a couple of big plays. Joe should play the youngsters with the starters some more, let them play the role we intend them to play. Our garbage time squad sucks as they are asked to do things they can't do regularly.

Last season big chance we collapse on a close game. Its either we blow teams out, or we collapse. Now, pressure is off, they playing like champs.

The rough thing for the Bucks is they got large games from their two stars and still lost.

The other rough thing is they don't for sure have their own draft pick until 2031. They're like the Celtics were before trading Pierce and Garnett, but without those picks.

Milwaukee's most realistic choices are gradually decline, or trade Lillard and Giannis and farm out the tank ala the Nets trade. Giannis would bring in a megahaul. Houston and OKC among others could offer epic packages.

They just don't have enough around their stars to really contend anymore, even with Middleton.

PP was on fire so he smokes it but big dawg Jrue gets a few puffs! Great all around game for Holiday against his former team. Defense was on point! On to the Pacers on the road, going to be a stiff challenge for the C's early season. This group looks locked in!

Giannis and Thanasis will both retire as Bucks.

They're still good but they have to realize they can't beat the C's in a 7 game series.

Lillard can still get them good draft assets. If there's a team that could go the super team route all in scenario it's Sacramento.

DeRozan, Lillard, Fox and Sabonis could be a really good team in the west. They've all been durable especially the 35 year old DeRozan so they can have a 2 year window maybe 3.

I'm not going to say anything that anybody doesn't know or back it up with any quantifiable data.

But when I go back and rewatch these close games after the emotion of the outcome is removed, what I see is a team anchored with D. White and Jrue as the foundation. They raise the floor to insanely high levels, then how great we are above the competition falls to the Jay's - but White and Holiday get us there.

So many uncanny similarities between the two - but, at the core dudes that are just heady players, workers and clearly don't give a damn about a box score or where analysts place them in the pecking order. It seems like you always get the right thing at the right time from these guys to pull us out of the mud with energy shifting plays.

Just two absolutely unreal signings from Brad.
