Saturday pretty much the season. Which Tatum will we get? Which Celtics will we get?

Hope it’s game 6 Milwaukee Tatum and hopefully it’s good shot variance Celtics.

Going to be apparent early how the team feels if heart gonna lay down or lock the **** in Christ they can’t go out like this.

Multiple drives and kicks, pass up the good shot to get a great shot. Go faster, utilize fatsbreaks and go faster on made baskets.

Most importantly be very physical and aggressive on defense.

If this team gets swept it would be embarrassing. This knicks team is not better than us that they would sweep us. They’re up 2-0 due to this team’s ineptitude. At the very least it should be 1-1. I would be disappointed if we don’t put up a fight here. They would have had two days to regroup.

JT has a chip on his shoulder this season. This should be the time to redeem himself. Play angry and motivated for being disrespected. How could you let the knicks spank you around on your home floor for two straight games???
Up 20 late in the 3rd, and end up losing. Have some pride man! You playing like a scared puppy damn it. Wake the **** up! He needs a good slap in the face! Stop playing scared and SOFT. This is the time to show up. If i’m JT i’m playing the whole 2nd half, and will attack the rim everytime and get 15-20 free throws. Go out fighting. It pisses me off they are throwing this season away, by not playing hard, doing stupid things, and playing scared. Knick gonna bait you to chuck 3’s. If you’re open take them, but if you miss two in a row, don’t be that guy that thinks his next shot will go in mentality. Go for the sure two next. 3ball will come, just don’t go looking for it everytime. If you lose this series, i don’t give a **** ass what you guys do next season!

I want us to still win this. If we lose game 3, there is no way we winning this, so its better they sweep us. Maybe changes will happen. If that sweep guarantee the firing of Joe, then that’s the silver lining. Lets just be honest here man. Joe doesn’t have anything in his bag. A timeout on that last play, won’t do anything good. Joe has nothing, and that will just give thibs a chance to set his defense. The problem with us, is we don’t have a closer. JT does nothing but chuck 3’s at crunch time. He did that game 1 on regulation. Now, he knows we down only 1, and he can’t chuck another 3, so he was lost out there. He doesn’t kniw what to do. We don’t have a closer. JT is not that guy. Knicks have brunson, cavs have mitchell, okc has SGA, denver has Jokic, wolves has antman, lakers have Luka, warriors have steph and butler. We don’t have one. Our team is just that good that we blow teams out and we don’t need one.

No to worry everybody. I just got back from the future and am pleased to report that this one doesn't even get close. C's get up early, stretch the lead out to 25 at one point, and hold on to win by 19.

Then the three game series starts, god knows what will happen then. But I hope they’re mentally looking at this as one game at a time vs 4 of 5.

If they really act accordingly and take it one game at a time, it will not be a 4 out of 5, but rather 4 out of 4. I truly believe that.

IMO, his teammates are over him, his injuries and sicknesses.

I'd rather him go take a nap and let the horses who have carried the team the last two seasons give their all to make this a series again.

This game is for all the marbles but the stage is set for something cool for the NBA fans either way.

Not taking anything against NYK as they’re a perfectly fine team and showed a crapload of mental fortitude those last two games, but Boston beat themselves.

I’m overly confident we take the next two in the garden and have a serious series momentum shift.

On a side note, it’s entertaining to watch Boston get crapped on over every platform meanwhile Cleveland is flying under the radar.

If we lose one of the next two then it’s a wrap and I predict at least 2 of our starting 5 will not be present for training camp.

In the pre-series poll, I picked Celtics in 6, which....is still possible?

(I actually picked Knicks in 6, but it was by mistake)

The frustrating thing is, the team and maybe even Joe did a lot of good things in games 1 and 2, and despite the collapses we still walk away with two wins very easily if the team (or even just Joe) simply makes a little bit of effort to execute competently in the closing minutes.

I just had an extremely depressing thought. If Boston ends up getting swept and Brad still does not fire Joe.

With the expected "Cuts/trades" happening this summer, we are looking at the peak of talent Boston will have in the next coming years. Imagine having even less talent and Joe is still the coach.

Feels like a bad Twilight Zone episode here.

Was going to agree and yet, Boston has the ability to dominate one game and stink it up the next. What worries me is Boston can/will once again get a big lead and collapse yet again. Is there any lead we can feel safe with?
