Should I take this as a temporary slump or the beginning of a trend? back-to-back games, no energy, no hustle, no rebounding and no defense...Complacency creeping in?

I couldn't agree more. Mentally this team is not showing up. The chip is off of our shoulder.

The formula to beat the celtics is as follows:

Beat them down court before they set the defense.
Pressure the secondary point guards.
Drop off Perk and Rondo.

That's a perfectly normal side effect of an intense high (like the win over the Pistons). The chip will be back sooner rather than later.

Is it just me or the Nets arena is dark and gloomy (as compared to other NBA arenas)?

I'm hoping it does, but I'd rather see this team struggle now rather than in June.
