I know, but IMO this is done by someone trying to hurt the Celtics. Both Boston and Kemba have zero incentive to not keep this for themselves until June 30th, 6pm. All the other reported deals are about players resigning with their current teams: Klay, Porzingis, Vucevic...

Maybe I'm overreacting, but if Jordan is hurt, he can easily make a big fuss about it. Eventhough, every team does this, it's unprecedented to have mainstream reports on June 25th about a guy signing with another team.

If Jordan makes a fuss, we’ll just forward him some of the compensation from the Nets with Irving and the Pelicans with Horford.

If Pelicans have interest in Al, can we please work a 3 team deal since with Kemba included coming to us. Charlotte gets a pick from us and NO. Maybe E Moore to Charlotte. Doesnt really put Char in any financial problems but gives them a decent player. They pick up protected picks for their rebuild.

If the C's can stay over cap and then have the full MLE, they can go after any of several reasonably competent centers. If they can't, then it would have to be bottom of the barrel or a trade where they give up assets I'd rather they didn't have to give up.

Hell no but I wanted to trade both rozier and Morris at the deadline.

I couldnt of possibly known about Horford or kyrie but I dont get paid to know those decisions

If we can get a legitimate big and I mean no disrespect to bayns but a legitimate one and not a spark plug one then I'm gonna be more than satisfied with the free agency period.

Look, I'm not naive. I know the whole league is doing it. But everyone pretends it's not happening. I haven't read another report about a player informing his team that he's leaving a day before FA begins. For the NBA, optics is all that matters. Everyone tanks, but if you do it blatantly like Hinkie, you get fired.
