Pats just put James Develin on IR. He's a much bigger loss than casual fans might realize. If he can come back, that now gives the Pats 3 guys they'd want to bring off IR -- Develin, Wynn, Harry -- but they can only bring two. Hopefully rookie Jakob Johnson can fill Develin's role at least somewhat.

Gostgowski to IR, hip surgery also out for the year. Andrews out for the year. Develin has a more serious neck injury.

Looks like Wynn and Harry will come back at some point.

The Ghost haters are about to get a reality check. No wonder he was struggling so much this season, has been dealing with it since July.

Paging CaptainCaveman -- you may be out hiking mountains I believe -- curious about your thoughts on the Pats this season.
(not trying to stir any pot -- you 1000% 'won' last season, which was great -- just honestly curious)

Red Sox back to being the Red Sux next year?

Looks like Mookie is all but gone, cheap owner doesn't want to pay him. And JD might opt out (doesn't make me sad anyway) since he wasn't with us for a long time.

But they better pay Betts and try to move one/both of Price/Sale for a starting pitcher and a prospect. I would expect Sale to have some value and teams figuring he will bounce back.

Sun gotta win. Championship drought in New England can't go on like this. It's been more than 8 months since their last title.

There are fetuses across New England that have never known what it's like to root for a winner.

Patriots are running away with it. And on a short week, too. Going for 6-0 on the season.

Chiefs lost back to back at home, fell to the Texans today.

Texans might be a bigger threat though they always shrink against the Patriots.

They are obsessed with the Patriots btw.

O'Brien, Crennel, Seely, Easterby, Wilfork, tried to get Caserio etc... 8-)

Are we all Astros fans right now? Petty rivalries aside, they're a likable team.

Jose Altuve is a rock star.
