Zach Lowe saying S&T still a possibility. But I'm not holding my breath. Hornets need to clear $10M.

It's all on danny. Each of the last 3 all stars he lost for nothing.

Don't be giving him credit for the good stuff and making excuses for the loses.

He's reiriting in June anyway. See ya

He had Davis he was going after and then wanted Kemba, so Al wasn't same scenario. This one is terrible. Kyrie needed to go and we weren't faced with trade choices. This was Danny getting crushed by the Pacers, yet again.

Here is my take on things.

If we get Turner and McDermott for Hayward, we will only have around 4 mil left under the lux tax and 2 open roster spots. (please correct me if I'm wrong.)

Kemba, Smart, Brown, Tatum, Turner, Theis, G. Will, Timelord, Edwards, McDermott, Nesmith, Pritchard, Langford.

Many of the guys that we are "missing out on" that we would want, would not be signing for 2 mil a year (avg) anyway. Waters will, but I don't think Fall is going to make it on the 15 this year, but stay as a 2 way. Granted, some would. I do not believe that Danny is going to go into the lux tax this season now that the option to stay under for this year has opened up.

Winning clearly means nothing to this guy. Signing for all the money with a **** stain franchise like the Hornets. He's fully focused on creating an esports empire after basketball. Got a lot of capital for it now.

Same as Horford. We’re pissed at first but will be glad to not footing that bill once time elapses.

Couldn’t compete with that deal, I doubt Indy could either. This isn’t solely on Ainge.
156-1 Celtics are frauds when pressure is put on them. They would have been toast if Luka was not stupid enough to foul himself out. Enjoy this ONE finals win. There will never be another with the Js and the Celtics cant afford stacked team.
Remember when people crapped on me because I wanted to trade Hayward for Drummond and Gallinari at the deadline?

How’s that looking now?

Now it's Jae/Baynes time for Danny...
Good assessment:

Ainge, if he truly passed on Turner and McDermott, should be on the hot seat

17 years here and only 1 title to speak of.

Thank you for everything you’ve done Danny, but it’s time for new leadership at the head of the Celtics table.

Let's be honest with our selves. Danny looks absolutely horrible and I think it's about time he heads off into retirement.

Decsions won't be his anymore. Wyc gonna make it for him.

Of course you are right. Everyone is just mad because they have been clicking refresh all day for 3 days hoping we'd get someone good.

Crazy money for a guy that is always hurt. I guess the Hornets don't have a lot of options and you go to at least try to improve. I mean they already lost a team once.

What would we want from Charlotte in a S&T?
