I’m going to blame Schroder though, he decided to go black hole a few possessions in a row when we had a 5-7 point lead.

I'm done with this with team.

All those great plays Marcus Smart did in the 2nd half went down the drain when he made that bad pass to Horford.

Celts were up by 1 at that point in time.

Net rating will once again show that Smart was good to great in this game.

But the net rating will never tell you that Smart cost the Celts the game.

If Celts lose this game then it's very obvious that bad pass by Smart to Horford cost them the game.

There was no room for Horford to catch that ball.

Perfect example of how great Smart can play for 46 minutes then screw up in the last minute.

Smart took 11 shots in the first half, more than anyone else.

He wasn't great. Since 2017, Celtics are sub .500 when he takes more than 10 shots. That'll do it. I thought Spurs were too weak.

I'd argue he messes up for 46 minutes and flips a coin in the last minute. But the PR campaign is all about celebrating the times that coin flips the right way and ignoring the rest of the game.

Never deserve to win a game where an early 24 point deficit was allowed.

Would have been a fun win but only further solidified bad habits.
