Just not championship material.

You have a 7'4 guy that no oneon the Pistons can handle in the paint and Joe likes him outside shooting threes.

Tatum can't be handled in the paint and after a couple of paint scores, decides to start settling for threes.

Just awful coaching strategy and player attitude.

Because Joe has the highest winning % in NBA history. By your logic, if you're giving 0 credit to Joe for that and attributing all of it to how talented our players are...that would mean we have the most talented team of all time.

Our winning % right night is 79.3. No team in the past 5 years has had a winning % that higher. Hell, even the 92-93 Bulls didn't have a winning % that high. You saying our players are more talented than the Bulls with Jordan/Pippen in their prime?

Our players are good - they're not that good. I mean for crying out loud, we've accumulated multiples 100 page threads already this season where people come up with trade ideas because they think our bench sucks.

Not to mention that while we have talented players, they are still learning how to play with each other, still learning our systems/schemes after we turned over 40% of our roster this past summer..

Lastly, your comment doesn't even really make sense, in the context of what I posted. I was replying to a guy who said "My worry with Joe is he’s too analytical driven with the 3 point attempts. He fails to make any adjustments until it’s too late." So I said, how that doesn't really make sense - if Joe was doing such a bad job, if he was failing to make adjustments all the time "until it was too late" then surely we would have tons of losses (regardless of how talented our players are)..but we don't have tons of losses - in fact, it's the opposite..
