Josh Gordon to IR. Can never catch a break with these injuries... That explains why they got Sanu.

Still in need of another WR or TE.

Thursday night football strikes again. The NFL would be much more enjoyable without Thursday night football. I hate having to think about my fantasy lineups on Wednesday.

That said, Gordon was always an injury threat, due to his conditioning history.

Michael Bennett traded to the Cowboys for a 7th round pick according to Adam Schefter.

The placement of Gordon on IR seems suspect. Gordon himself claims It's a minor injury.

They saw a need to upgrade and took it. Gordon might not have even made the team had they been able to trade for Sanu in the offseason as it was reported we tried to. Harry is also coming back.

It became clear he was "injured" for a reason. They put him on IR then released him off IR so he goes through waivers. None of the bad teams got him but at least he's not in the AFC.

How do we go from a league-leading offense together with a defense that gets gashed by Nick Freakin Folds, and then two years later, we have the '86 Bears D but an offense that can't score 20 points on anyone other than the Caltech football team?

I mean, how does that even happen?

And for the love of FSM, why can't we have both at the same time???

Just a few weeks ago too, we had Edelman,Antonio Brown, Josh Gordon and Dorsett as the receiving group.

I guess Flores was *really* bad at his job? :)

It boggles the mind. I like our chances this winter but we've got to stay healthy (knock on wood) because the offensive talent is thiiin. Enough to make me wonder about Brady this offseason, honestly, which I never thought I'd do.

So many maybes: maybe AB, maybe Gordon, maybe Gronk -- Jerome Bettis looked pretty good in that ad maybe we can bring him in for a look? [do I need to say green font]

Offense looked much better last night, actual running holes, slow developing play actions where Brady has time to scan the field. Newhouse tried, but he blew up the patriots offense. The garbage weather just made it difficult, even Jason Witten was dropping routines passes.

Next week with Sanu and Dorsett back, plus the ability to run the ball, I bet the offense looks pretty damn good.
