It would confirm what that guy, we cant talk about, from another place ,had good info.

Which post "above"?
What info from which guy from what place? Huh?

Baines back to the celtics.

I'd take Baynes back. -- He was a Starter, and didn't have a problem coming off the Bench, based upon Matchup.

Baynes back is a logical move.

Also need to try and keep Timelord on the floor more.

I would be absolutely delighted if Baynes came back. Pass me some sriracha sauce for my serving of crow that I will gleefully eat. Didn't think it was possible. Maybe we are signing him to a full MLE, providing we deal off Hayward to get under the tax line.

Hayward opting out and signing outright with another team would be the worst possible outcome for this offseason.

Remember, this year is a down year for salary cap space, and any team that has it and uses it on long term on Hayward is OUT on Giannis before it even started.

Miami- will they lose crowder, dragic and the ability to offer giannis max next summer for Hayward at 4 years 110m? Nope.

Detroit- A losing team rebuilding from scratch with an overpaid injury prone all star to show. Will they sign Hayward to not be the missing piece and continue to have late lotto picks? Nope.

Toronto- Give up FVV and chance at giannis for Hayward? nope.

That leaves Hornets (doubtful), Suns (maybe), Pelicans (they are selling older players to rebuild, not buying), Hawks (maybe?) and knicks (would be a knick thing to do)

If he leaves, it's probably a sign and trade. None of the teams with space he would want, and if he would, they don't want him.

All of this Hayward talk is killing me. Like this election, we need a result already and let's move on one way or the other.

Couldn't a team get Gainnis by a sign and trade and use Hayward? A team could get Hayward on a new deal or just the year left. If and when GA wants to leave he could just sign somewhere that has money open, or if he wants to go to a team that doesn't have space a deal could be made right? So does a team trading for Hayward (or really anyone) now stop them from trading for GA later?

On another note, a Hayward to Indy trade seems to make the most sense. Assuming that no team wants to/can offer him a really big deal and assumng he wants to go home. This would let Ainge do right by him, no hard feelings/keep Brad happy. I don't see him on Indy coming back to haunt us and I don't see any really good deals out there.

How’re we feeling about Kemba for Jrue?

You make that deal and call the league office immediately to finalize it before the Pelicans change their mind.

Don’t get me wrong I love Kemba but I’m starting not to love the whole undersize point guard thing.

Just think with the two J’s as our offensive weapons, Jrue’s skillset will mesh perfectly.

If Devin Booker is truly available Danny needs to trade anything other than Jaylen or Jayson on this roster to get him. Literally anything.

Read on Twitter

Nothing here on Boston that we didn't already know/expect -- stuff about Hayward and Cs trying to move up the draft or trade for a vet. The thing about Smart/Timelord for Gobert in the article is a fake trade proposal.

Pass. Hard pass. I like Kemba more as a player and more for this team. Him at 100% I'd take any day.

This. Baynes coming back would be a huge move for this team. He can shoot the 3 in a pinch, tough, and loved playing here.

I say yes too, but New Orleans wouldn't. The reason the Pelicans are shopping Jrue is to get younger. They want guys on the same developmental curve as Ingram, Ball, Hart and Williamson.
