Brad Stevens traded for the 25th pick in the first round.

He traded the 25th pick for the 31st pick and two future second rounders.

He traded the 31st pick for the 34th and 39th picks.

He traded the 34th pick for the 38th pick and a future second rounder.

He used the 38th pick to select Jordan Walsh.

He traded the 39th pick for, I think, another future second round pick.

Final tally, which could be wrong: After all that, the 25th pick eventually became Jordan Walsh and four future second rounders.

Not a fan but what can you do. Passed up some good players multiple times.

Walsh was 17th in class out of HS. Young and needs some refinement but seems like some X factor and grit.

Traded up from 34 to 25 and back down to 38....lost Smart and gained some #2 picks.

High #2 picks are kind of valuable. Mid and low are not at all.

I just loved the whole night, lol. Other than the Nets being jerks.... But, was perfect by Brad, imo.

I have no idea about this draft class, but I love the approach. After throwing picks around over the past 2 seasons, we needed to replenish draft currency.

He's like the Bizarro Charlie V.
Charlie V. couldn't defend; Walsh can't offend...

Rather trade back again and get GG Jackson. Brad must have finally passed out.

I doubt TJD will go undrafted, but if it somehow happens, I want Brad on the phone with him immediately after the draft is over.

He's by far the BPA.
