Just don’t be too down on this team for the number of close losses (and blown leads). They’re .500, they’re not as horrible as they are frustrating.

1) better pick in draft
2) ime fired
3) roster changes
4) mihutes for young guys

Notice how Ime busted out a no-PG lineup for the 1st time this season on a day when the rumor of both Smart and Schroder could get traded to Utah came out? I'm sure that's just a coincidence.

January 25 is Dwynwen day (for the Welsh saint of lovers), the Feast of the Conversion of St. Paul (Eastern Orthodox), Burns night (Scotland) and National Nutrition Day (Indonesia) but in Boston it may become forever known as "Marcus Smart Departure Day" to be celebrated by every Smart hater in the universe. I would expect Fierce1 to stand a round of drinks for everyone on this forum on every January 25th to celebrate the sacred event.

Agreed, he’s a true Celtic, Bleeds Green and brings it 110 percent every game. Other teams would appreciate him but for some reason he’s the fall guy with these Green Teamers?!

Smart is a good role player. He has strengths and clear flaws.
