Brad and Presti both have good reps around the league as being honest and straightforward.

OKC is in the mix for a playoff spot and Muscala is a key player in their front court. He was one of their best players the other night when they just beat the lakers. I doubt they would have bought him out - he's been in OKC for a few years and it seems like he's a well liked guy by everyone in their org..

I don't know. I thought the Celtics would go after a big that can defend/protect the rim but I guess adding more shooting was always the goal.

It's not a bad acquisition, Hal.
He played very well last season
and most likely Danny wanted
a First for Olynyk, so that was a no go.

Poetl would have been the best,
Bamba would have been horrible,
Muscala is in the middle of those
two.

I'd give it about a C+ to perhaps B-
nothing earth-shattering,
hopefully something more is occurring...

The Celtics with the Muscala addition definitely frees up Stevens to move Gallo, Pritchard plus for something else. Could be more coming.
