Tatum's been passive in the 2nd half. He seemed to be on pace for 40, but only has 2 points in the half. He should have come out aggressive in the 3rd quarter.

Tatum slowing the game down after the Horford block is a problem. **** just play basketball instead of focusing on the **** clock. JT gets a D in this game for the second half alone after a strong first half.
