I love the guy and he’s popular on the team, but I’m not sure you can ever rely on him and he certainly can’t be a full time starter in my opinion. Not sure how many injury-prone players we can have in our rotation.

Any deals out there of Rob for a wing and then can sign a center to eat regular season minutes?

Yeah. I'm with you. Having him and KP, knowing their injury history, is kinda scary. If there's a way to move Rob and retain Grant, I'd personally prefer that. Rob is amazing, but relying on him being healthy is too risky.

So Brown/Tatum/Porzingis will be your all-in core for 2 years (Stein just said Porzingis is extremely likely getting a two-year extension)

Question is how you build around that

With mle and those 2nd rounders for bodies to be on the roster I think the two 1sts as well will be in play whether they actually draft someone or trade them.
White brown Tatum unicorn are teir 1
Brogdon timelord horford teir 1/2
Can't wil teir 2/1
Pritchard teir 2
Huaser, JD, walsh teir 2/3
Kornet champagnei griffin teir 3
Mader and bagarin no clue but I'd guess teir 2/3 ( but I'm starting to suspect management doesn't value them)

No idea. Also possible we were calling on him as a chip to send for Porzingis..

Pretty sure it would’ve rerouted Poole to Washington and zinger to us, kind of like a back up deal to the grizz one

Ah, so Smart to GSW, Poole to Wash, Porz to Bos.

Did we trade JB for Lillard or Trae yet? :)
Nothing wrong with having a different opinion - as long as it's done respectfully. It'd be lame if we all agreed on everything :)

White, Brown, Tatum, Porzingis, Rob Williams as starters and adding Horford and Brogdon from the bench are my top seven, for the next two years anyway. Horford and Brogdon will be done after 2 years.
JD, Pritchard, Hauser, Champagnie, Kornet, Walsh and even Kabengele are my 2nd level guys, next seven, needing time to grow to see what we have. Kornet is the oldest at 27, with Pritchard, Hauser and Kabengele at 25, with JD, Champagnie and Walsh all 21 or under. We need at least three of these 2nd level guys to hit, more would be great. I think any trades will come from the bottom seven along with picks to improve around the edges. However, Brad has surprised me this whole week, so I really have no idea what he will do.

I think Grant will be gone this summer, and if we get a TPE or a 2nd round pick for him we will be lucky.

As soon as we trade Rob Williams, he will become an iron man for the team we trade him to.

I doubt it. Brad did say Brogs was having a tough time with it though. It seems like everyone else is here to stay, even Pritchard.

I'm actually worried we're going to waste a spot on Korny AGAIN. Cham and Korny could go so JD and Walsh could get a shot!

Pritchard should be traded b/c he pretty much asked out twice. Also, just b/c Smart is gone it doesn't mean Pritch will play because he wasn't even when guys were out of the lineup and that was in the regular season.

I'm not okay if this is IT. Need a lil more change.

Will surely be other moves, with Pritchard and Brogdon likely to get dealt.

Who would be a good and attainable frontcourt fit to replace Rob next to KP?

We know they like Ike Stewart for toughness and shooting potential.

Love Patrick Willians as a buy low - bad luck with injuries and slow to develop so his stock is deflated..

Poku’s a nice role player but injured.

Jerami Grant probably isn’t attainable. For Brogdon and Rob?

Lot of WCJr fans on this board..

Last heart and soul player with a grip on a clubhouse was also traded for a 3&D unicorn center..

So then why try to trade Brogdon first? Not criticizing you as you’re just the messenger but seems like spin to justify Smart being traded and unnecessary.

OKC and Orlando have too many players for their roster to hold..With some talent that may need to be cut or traded..Perhaps Houston and Detroit as well..Most of those players are young.. might be able to get one very cheap...

That's probably just who LA wanted.
