I’ll miss Luke but I WONT miss Scal and Drew cackling over everything Luke did and the daily mention of his work with the Australians.

He did the right thing for himself. We will miss him dearly. He really developed himself into a solid rotation big in the last 2 years.

Congrats on the contract Luke, thanks for contributing to Banner 18!
This is hardly even fair, the rest of the league is playing checkers and Danny Ainge is playing 12-dimensional chess.

Love Luke’s game. One of the most unfairly-maligned Celtics I’ve ever seen. Those people should be ashamed. This is a definite blow to our team. The Spurs are getting a very good player and I fully expect him to do very good things there.

If only Brad had given Luke a 4yr deal and let Holiday play out this year.

They wanted Jrue to decline his player option because it was a big amount.

In return, they gave Jrue that extension.

Cs saved money.

Saved $7M this past year, but took on well over $100M in new obligations. They should have paid the extra $7M--and Luke.

It was more than 7m because of tax penalty.

I'm happy for Luke, he's getting a good contract and playing for a good organization. I hope he has a great season other than when he faces us.

I mean, he can probably even have a great season against us next year and people wouldn’t mind too much. That **** ends in 26-27 though.

How did Kornet get a better contract than Clint Capela and Deandre Ayton?

Congrats to him and his agent!

Now we're back to not really having a true proven center... great.

But you know what I mean.

Love Luke, but he's not a starting NBA Center.

So I'm really not upset the Cs lost Luke for 10m per year.

Al is more important than Luke IMO.
