When Hayward is back, Kyrie won't be doubled. It's gonna result in A LOT of good looks for both Kyrie, Hayward and Horford I would think. The floor will open up so much.

This Hayward injury as tragic as it was, was a blessing for the young players development for when Gordon is back.

I'm convinced that Andrew Wiggins is just goofing around while trying not to get injured, waiting till he gets traded or becomes a free agent. Dude looks like he doesn't care out there.

He actually would have fit in well in Cleveland.

My preference during that year was Jabari. I felt like Wiggins was Vince Carter - all flash, while Parker was Pierce - just a skilled scorer and better player overall. Looks like i was wrong 2 times. Lol

I think Wiggins is fine, actually - he doesn't have the drive you want in a franchise player, he's not going to be a superstar, he doesn't have the maturity or work ethic of Brown or Tatum. But if you factor out how hyped he was, for a player his age he's in good shape, he's just not deserving of all the GOAT hype they gave him. He's Vince, not Kobe.

Towns is really uneven, too - super-skilled, great numbers, but mediocre defensively.

Guys take time to mature, it's life. But I'd worry about the Wolves' off-season moves making things too easy for Towns and Wiggins, too soon - they can half-ass it and basically win. And the risk is that Thibs could backfire as an intense coach, to the point they tune him out. It's a tough balance to strike.

There was an article awhile back claiming our FO thought Smart was the best player from his draft class. Don't think that's true, but you can see it tonight. 2014 is going to be an interesting redraft in a couple years - Wiggins, Embiid, Smart, Gordon, Randle, Clarkson, Jokic, Hood, Gary Harris, TJ Warren, Saric..
