KP's entire press conference gave the impression that it's just a little too soon to be back in a game. If he needs to sit the first game or two to be able to ramp up more before being thrown out there, then do that. Better than risking reinjury. It seems like him being back to even limited scrimmaging is a very recent development. I hope they're cautious with him. We can still beat the Mavs with him missing the first two games.

I fast forwarded through NBA Today. They spent a half hour on how Kyrie Irving is the most gifted basketball player in the history of Earth, then a half hour on how Lebron is rooting for Kyrie, then 30 seconds on Kristaps Porzingis is playing in the Finals and the Celtics are heavy betting favorites despite no one on ESPN understanding why.

The CBS website basically says the Cs win a close series if Porzingis is fully healthy, but lose a close series if he's too limited.

You guys have such a better team with a superior offence and defence. You have a likeable team featuring solid role players and endless shooting, really a masterclass assembled by boy wonder Brad Stevens, with two tremendous and likeable stars.

I really hope you guys win. Dallas as a franchise is fine and Nico Harrison has built a solid front court, however Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving are two of the must insufferable and unlikeable players in the league. A sweep would be so satisfying but it might be kind of tough, so hopefully a gentleman's sweep. But please just beat these two entitled, immature, obnoxious dbags.

And I can't comprehend the hate your franchise receives. It's ridiculous and it's really just petty jealousy of a storied franchise and the haters either can't be bothered to learn or respect the history of the Celtics.
