That's how I know Portis sucks.

Portis doesn't suck. He's a high intensity player with a low bust chance. He just doesn't have a very high ceiling because he plays below the rim.

Jesus, if Winslow was such a sure thing he probably doesn't make it to 10. Yes, there are cases of Dirk, PP, etc... but look at reality. More guys who drop fail.

My reasoning for Winslow falling is because GMs value shooting more than hustle,defense, toughness nowadays.
