Let's go Amnesty Rule!! Come back home for the minimum, Al.

That would be unreal.

Can you imagine if he somehow returns to his old form here if that happens...I would die laughing. Not likely though, he's pretty cooked at this point.

I don't think he's cooked. They just had Al playing out of position. He can't play the 4 anymore. He's much too slow, especially in this day and age where most 4s camp out by the perimeter. If he comes back here, he's starting at C.

And even if he is cooked, I won't care since we're only paying him the minimum. Lol

Only thing is -- there's No Amnesty Clause/Rule, in the current CBA.

CFSB means in a new CBA...there's a chance they change it during the offseason due to Covid

That's possible. The NBPA didn't seem to care about it, last CBA negotiations.
Hopefully they get these talks out the way ASAP, and set all the necessary subsequent NBA dates.

Steve Adams, I like.
Dennis Schröder, though, is too dirty of a player.

Clippers also said they'd retire Griffin's jersey. Then went ahead and traded his ass to Detroit. Everybody lies. Rumor season is fun.

Per Lowe Post, the sense Zach is getting around the league is that the Warriors are aiming big for that #2 if they're trading it. So the proposed Smart (into GSW TPE) + #14 (from fans including Bill Simmons) won't do it for them. Neither is #12, Bjelica, Holmes, and future 1st from Kings.

People are still considering the Wiggins contract as a negative contract.

Lowe doesn't think Wizards are trading Beal right now.

Also, keep an eye on Dipo to Bucks, per Lowe. Dipo's value is hard to peg.

Good. We don't want to trade Smart, anyway. Lol

I agree. He improved a lot on his offense and playmaking from 2 seasons ago. I’m sure he will be better on his shot selection, decision making, and be an overall better player due to experience.

I can understand why GSW dont like that deal, but I also dont hate it either. Especially if they can grab an unprotected kings pick. And assume they miss the playoffs for another year or two.

Doesnt matter what anyone else think of the Wiggins contract except GSW. If they want to rehab him, then they can take on that cost and risk.

Wiz will see if Wall comes back to form (unlikely) and if not, maybe they move him midseason or next offseason.

Boston gets back a scorer and can use the #6 on their preferred non-Wiseman big.
Indiana gets their hometown hero home and should just stop complaining about all these hypothetical Hayward trades lol.
Atlanta gets an up-and-coming star to pair with Trae Young and just forgets about defense altogether.
Brooklyn gets an established third star to complete their all-injured eye triangle.

I mean the source is from a Rockets reporter, not from Legion hoops lol, hence why they even tagged him...Sorry for not finding the quote directly from the primary source.

Regardless it’s lying season anyways right now and nobody has any clue if rockets will blow it up right now

You'd have to get a really top player to trade Smart. He's just too valuable to the team.
