Tatum was worse than Jaylen tonight

No he wasnt. Jaylen tried to jump passing lanes about 20 times in a row against Burke in the second quarter, giving him an open jumper each time. He jumped through Kyrie to steal an uncontested rebound in the third. He refused to pass it to Tatum for a wide open dunk with the game on the line.

Hes a selfish **** player chasing stats instead of winning. He cares about getting paid more than anything else. Im **** done with it.

Don't agree with that at all. But I get that he's the scapegoat now. Not much I can say that will change that.

Seems like forever ago that most didn't wanna trade brown for anyone. Not even leonard....

Not to victory lap, but I think SmartWentCrazy/Cave/Valid and myself were like four out of the 6 or 7 here who were willing to trade Jaylen for Kawhi without him agreeing to extend. And in most of our cases we were high on Jaylen, but realize you give up a potentially very good player for an elite one any day.

Jaylen has been an absolute disaster this year and is tanking his trade value, awesome.

Team IMO won't get better until a few guys are cleared out since it is just too damn crowded on this roster. Admit it guys, you can't please them all with minutes and stardom. Many warned us about this and much of the forum ignored this including me a lot.

I was secretly hoping Danny would move a few in the offseason but I think they hoped this would all work out and everyone would click since the only really "new guy" is Gordon.

Hindsight is 20/20. We were coming off a great playoff run with Kyrie and Gordon in street clothes. There is no one who thought reintegrating them would be this disastrous

Stop blaming the players. The issue is Brad Stevens. The amount talent he has on this team, there is no way he should be losing to the Knicks.

What is Stevens doing differently since last year though? He is mixing up the lineups and no matter who he plays they continually miss shot after shot from every single spot on the floor.

At some point they players have to actually produce. Not sure it is Stevens fault that half the roster took a huge step backwards since last year.

Yeah he should have, but when Burke drills a difficult three from the top of the key on the next possession, it didn't really matter in the end. The game was over when he made that shot.

AoS should be Tatum. The 2nd best player in the team was bad. Shot horribly and was terrible on defense.

Also, the irrational hatred to put Brown with Rozier together tonight is laughable. If nothing else Brown played defense. Rozier did nothing. Nothing. Period.

Did you miss this season up to tonight? The Rozier and Brown criticism nowhere near started with tonight's game.

Problem with the Celtics in the playoffs to me was they reminded me a lot of the Eagles catching fire with Nick Foles.

At some point they players have to actually produce.

He needs to give the bigs more minutes and stop going small all the time. Also play the bigs together instead of playing with one big at a time every time. That will help the defense and prevent the easy drives to the basket that every decent opposing player is now getting. With a solid defense you always have a chance in games even when the offense stinks but when you can't get a stop then you have no chance of winning.

I do agree it was bad if Kawhi bolted a year later. But I had a hunch eventually we have to move a few dudes on this team.

lol, that is actually kind of how it is going. Our tightly defended 3 point % and wide open 3 point % are pretty much the same. I'm sure Kyrie accounts for a significant amount of that, but it is still laughable.
