Someone needs to fix this site

Hot dog is this site unusable for me this morning on my phone. Can't go more than 20 seconds before my phone's blocks a pop up and automatically shoots me down to the bottom of the page, then redirects me once I click the screen again.

I refuse to download a browser that has an add blocker just so I can use this one site. This is the only one that I have any issues with at all.

Are you using iOS? If so their are free content blocker apps that run within safari. I have 3 running which is overkill but this site has been awesome since I did.

I found one more terrible site, for the record: ESPN— have been getting redirects on mobile for over a week when im browsing there on my phone.

No it was with my Pixel phone. I have no issues with the site when Im on desktop. Just using chrome on my Pixel the site is pretty much useless. I get the easy fix is just downloading a add blocking browser on my phone. But really too lazy to do it just so I can use this site, and I like to just call my laziness me taking a stance on my principles haha.

Havent had any issues on ESPN lately. But I do guess Ive been using the ESPN app a lot more lately so maybe that is why I havent noticed.

The problem with this site is that you just have to use an ad blocker. This site is absolutely ferocious with crappy ads. This is what some web guys have to understand - if you hit people that hard with ads - they block them and every website loses.

Yep. I would deal with ads if they were reasonable to let them make some money. But they're so brutal and resource hungry you have no choice but to block.

For about 6 months now, this site as been up and down for me. There are times when it takes me about 5 minutes to type one sentence.

I can’t be the only one. And I shouldn’t have to get an blocker just for this site. This site is the only site where I have this issue. It never used to be like this.

Can someone who runs this site fix this issue. It’s been months now.

I think it is more than just ads. It does it regardless of the computer I am on.

I can't use this site in Firefox because it'll eventually eat up all the memory in the browser (and eventually eat up my whole computer's performance) and I have to use the task manager to kill the browser. It eventually will kill Chrome too but it takes longer.

At least it's not just me.

I don't know what I am doing right, but I've never had a problem with this site on my home compute, work computer or phone.
