Time for the whole team to show up in the playoffs. For Tatum and brown to lead the way . Play good defense , limit turnovers and second chance opportunities and execute on offense . I hope ime has a a good game plan ready for the playoffs pertaining to the nets , kd and Kyrie and for the cavs.

Planning for the Nets should be easier for Ime than it is for most coaches.

Jayson Tatum led the league (605 players) in +/- (+667). Jaylen (6th) and Smart (8th) were also in the top 10.

14 of the 16 players who played at least 100 minutes for the Celtics had a positive +/-. The exceptions were Jabari Parker (-7) and Romeo Langford (-8).

Lol, what else could they have done? The 2nd seed was pretty much guaranteed when the Bucks decided to throw their game against the Cavs tonight. The Cs could've tanked the 2nd half against Memphis, but they were up 20+ and it would've taken some shameless tanking to lose that game. And losing that game wouldn't have mattered since the Sixers won their game today as well, which would've plunged us to the 4th seed against the Raptors and ensured we'd have no HCA beyond the 1st round (assuming we don't get upset by the dangerous Raps). You could say the Bucks already did us a favor by beating us last game and seemingly pushing us to the 3rd seed, only for them to reverse track and think "hey, on second thought 3rd seed is better for us."

Getting the 2nd seed is the best case scenario for this team, even if it means potentially facing the Nets in the 1st round. I believe our boys are more than capable of beating them. We can counter their two nuclear warheads with two of our own in the Jays, and our offense has picked up the last two months which is bad news for their leaky defense. And of course, our defense can disrupt them enough. Plus, I'd like some revenge for last year.

This is a matchup we should be excited for, imo. It's gonna sting if we lose, but we gotta teach these boys to be fearless of whoever they're facing, which they've been saying a lot the past few weeks.

Eh, I agree that it's a tough bracket, but you play with the hand you're dealt. Obviously the best case scenario would've been getting the 1-seed, but unfortunately we bungled that when we lost to the Heat which solidified their hold of the top. The other option is to manipulate your position to get to 4th, but I'm just uncomfortable not having HCA after the 1st rd (unless one of the lower seeds advance).

So yeah, tough road ahead, but as they say, champions are forged in fire. They fell victim to a lot of things they couldn't control, so all they have to do is face these challenges head-on.
