2) Jrue. Part of our struggles in the miami series and executing in the clutch offensively over the past few seasons has been decision making, making the right reads, the right decisions with the ball, being cool under pressure, make sure we get the right shot at the right time. Having Jrue should help that. He's cool under pressure, is a true floor general PG and has made tons of clutch plays over the years.
3) Coaching staff upgrades. Mazzulla in year 2, being able to apply everything he learned in year 1. Last season, our top assistant left for a college job right before the playoffs started. All 3 top assistants (Stoudemire, Sullivan, Miles) were Udoka's homies. Now we've got Cassell and Lee who can put their brains together along with Mazzulla to make sure we've got the right gameplan and are executing the right way.
