The whole evening was wonderful. I wish someone from the 70s champions could have been there. Also, Satch Sanders didn't make it, which is a little worrisome.

sure the Celtics were really good last year and won it all, but "the rest of the [league or East] got better"
real NBA "analysts" get paid real money to say this on TV each summer
seems like the league should be pretty damn maxed out by now if it were true
