Yep, I watched that yesterday, too. It's not only Ernie, lots of the neutral journalists seem to be baffled by the fact we lost 2 games in which we had a 20 pt lead and that we're down 3-2.

KP would have to play 200 minutes to score 20 in his current state--and that would take about 25 games for his current minutes allotment. I'm hoping for big games from JH and PP, while JB and LK have to play just like they did on Wednesday.

Mitchell Robinson has been causing us problems. If Thibs were a good coach, he would have started Mitchell. This would ensure that we keep hacking him with our starting five and get into foul trouble.

When Mitchell gets in in the middle of the quarter we are usually near the foul limit so hack a Mitch does not become a bigger problem.

Good that Thibs is also as stubborn as Joe, and would not adjust.

I can see the Knicks choking this lead and losing the series, if the NBA does not intervene.

Kornet has been an amazing under rated bench guy all year long. Nice to see him finally do it in the playoffs as he hasn't been able to hit the same gear until the other night.

I can't find it now but somewhere I found that he was the only player in the Bbref database to pull a 150 ortg in 1000+ minutes ever, or something like that, and I'd wager his 152/100 ortg/drtg spread might be an all time number for 1000+ minutes as well.

I'm very, very confident the Celtics win the next 2 games. The Celtics have outplayed the Knicks the whole series. Celtics have the focus now. Knicks are in trouble.

Well this is just it - I'd love for KP to bounce back and can't rule it out but I see it as a ECF thing if they get there.

But I agree, if they win they are going to need to shoot the lights out which means White, PP, Hauser and JB and even Al are going to need to put another 20 threes on the board.

If there refs would occasionally call for offensive 3 seconds, he won't be such a big problem
He is just sitting in the paint sipping coffee and wits for someone to miss
When we started hacking him he was standing in the corner to not be involved in the game
