Yeah he is in great shape. I think he could go an additional 2 years providing quality 6 man 20-25 minutes a game, give him some rest games and target maybe 60 games a year just to keep him as fresh as possible.

And people were so worried about our defense for awhile there when Joe first took over as coach..people said he was just an offensive coach and that our defense was going to down the tubes with him as coach..
