Felger at least seems to have some idea as far as who's good and just basic NBA knowledge, even if he is a total dick about it.

Mazz comes off as a complete boob, who hasn't watched more than two NBA games in the past year. That guy's nothing more than a tail coat rider. The Big Show on WEEI back in the day was godawful, but they at least could recognize that this guy's a total clown and would routinely isht all over him.

You know that creepy little thing that Jabba the Hutt has on a leash, that's constantly sucking up to him and letting out these shrill cries of laughter? That's Tony Massarotti to a ufckin T.

u would think they would hire some interns to write their material.. or do not use them for nba discussions.. I find WEEI more baseball and football focused anyways.. Their hockey talks are ok and basketball is awful

Mods: can we get this back on topic? We're talking about radio station personalities now.

Preach. I'm a newbie still, but it's great. That Lottery night was still amazing despite the fact the result was meh. Says it all. Just hope we get Love and another piece and I can be a part of some great match threads next season.

I have been on this site for years and it's the best Celtics discussion site hands down.

If you thought the lottery night thread was fun, you should have been here the day when news leaked that we were getting Antoine Walker back or when we were landing KG. Those threads was freakin' epic.

L2B, I'm likely to be moving to London next summer. Might need someone to scream at the refs with.

Hahah. Epic. Where about you planning to move to?

Anyone who follows the NBA here is either a Heat bandwagon fan or Lakers/Bulls. It's frustrating lol

Yeah, I studied at Edinburgh Uni for a while so I've experienced the fan tendencies. I more experienced people wearing basketball jerseys or caps because they thought it was "cool", but had no idea what it meant.

No sure exactly where I'll be living yet. I have some friends up in Camden and others down in Brixton/Clapham, but I'll sort that all out closer to the time.

Love in Boston would be amazing...but if Danny somehow manages to add Melo to the mix he should definitely get a statue out of the Garden.

I will keep focused in getting Love first.I hope all the signs lead us to the big prize: Kevin Love in Celtic green. If we do that then for sure Ainge will fully display his arsenal of moves.

I was still lurking at the time, but some of my favorite threads were the "MARCUS BANKS OUTPLAYS LEBRON JAMES IN SUMMER LEAGUE" type ones. Good times.

It was poor journalistic form for that Ramirez guy to cite a message board in this article. It's appalling for someone like Tanguay to do so. And again, that has nothing to do with the posters. It has to do with journalistic integrity/ethics.

My thoughts exactly. It is an unwritten rule you dont write articles about internet message boards. I'm flattered, but honestly what I do isn't for people to profit off of, its for us fans who are compelled to know more.

Thanks

Exactly. It's like citing Wikipedia in your graduate thesis.
