I don't think Water and Carse nwill be great, but Carsen can play and score big. Water is an explosive passer, scorer and is a really really good hoops player.

So the F what if they are small? Water is small, but is a pest on D. If he can't cut it in the NBA? Then cut him. Ainge is pretty good about finding players in the late second. Got Gomes, Etwaun Moore, Leon Powe and some other players late in the past couple of years.

And Semi is a player who should get more minutes, and he was a second rounder, though higher. Eve Glenn Davis was a secon rounder way back when.

Yes we need more guards and people who want to shoot a lot!

Ok, but Kyrie was our best and most consistent scorer and he’s gone.. Brown and Tatum may want shots, but they’re not remotely ready to carry an offense.. Vucevic is - Russell is closer than both -

Yeah, we're going to suck without a primary scorer. Maybe Hayward gets back to being one, wouldn't bet on it. Tatum has a long ways to go, Brown too.

D'Lo is close to being that guy than any of them. Not sure if I like the idea of giving him a max deal though.

Nostalgic for IT I am pretty sure.

Both these cats are interesting players but I’d be surprised if either plays more than 500 NBA minutes ever. That’s cool. It’s the second round. Take a shot on the dark.

My early grade is a B. Langford and Williams are both guys picked about where they should have been, but could certainly outplay their draft position. Both will be NBA players and might be good ones. At 14 and 22 that’s good. I could give a duck about the second round guys that are shorter than me. Interesting players but I don’t see any impact. We could have had Sekou....we could have had Goga. Not sure we made the right moves so that’s why a B and not an A I am happy enough though and ready for so hot summer league action.

Yeah I honestly like carsen. I just never even heard of the 2nd little dude. Its a late 2nd rounder, but there were a lot of guys I liked there still... As documented konate, porter, reid, and Louis King. Every NBA team disagreed with me that those guys were worth rostering, so what do I know...

Waters can play. Quick, explosive and a pest in D. He’s small. But he also came out as a sophomore. Really good player and a top 40 prospect out of high school.

quite possibly the worst draft Danny has ever had topped only by 2013 when he took Olynyk over Giannis. At every selection he chose poorly and passed on much better available players. Instead of taking high upside guys that could pay off down the road and help us become legit contenders, he settled for high floor guys who will, in the short term, help keep us as pretenders. I've NEVER been more frustrated on draft night following any sport. This was just about the worst case scenario. It could have been worse, Danny could have chosen a worse player than Langford. But that's not anything to celebrate. The only real bright side is by taking Langford we've upgraded over Jaylen Brown.

Shouldve taken Nickeil at 14, Dylan Windler at 22, Fernando at 34.. Wright-Foreman at 51.. but Waters was fine

But overall YOU KEEP THYBULLE.. He's going to end up a top 5 impact guy very quickly..

The two new guys will be exciting to watch. We at least have someone that can shoot the ball.

Time Lord is the only guy on our roster now who is over 6’9.

Who is going to guard Embiid and Giannis?

To be honest not sure it matters. With Horford and Irivng gone we are a lottery team.

Early call. Depends how we use that space, and if Hayward becomes a decent shooter (in no way do I expect 'good player', but he could be a decent rotation piece). Bottom of the East ain't amazing. Smart, Brown and Tatum is a solid perimeter trio.

Jordan Poole, but was exaggerating.

I like Wiliams' toughness and defensive awareness despite his size.

I like Carsen Edwards' range and his bulldoggish style of play. Looks to be tough as well.

Need to see more of Langford and Waters though.

Why does Danny like undersized players?

Why does Danny like undersized players?

Most undersized players play with a chip on their shoulder and are highly motivated. I can see that in both Williams and Edwards already.

I'm not so sure about Langford but people are saying he loves attacking the rim and getting to the line, which definitely fills a huge need in this team. Williams gives the team some semblance of post-scoring. Edwards is our new Larkin, a player I really liked.

It may not be a bad draft after all.

Freaking new Orleans got a haul for AD, rightfully so. Good for them.

If thay was ainge getting thay haul, he'd turn it into 15 athletic undersized "versatile" wings thay can't dribble or shoot.
