Who, Keith Smith? Some of his tweets, sure he does talk down to people sometimes. But this one is harmless.

He pushes back a little bit on a guy who made a dumb tweet saying Muscala is trash. That's all.

Seems like people don't understand that the Celtics are simply just looking for depth pieces lol. Playoff rotation (assuming health which is a big if for every team) is Brogdon, White, Grant off the bench. Just need to add insurance pieces and guys to eat up regular season minutes to rest key starters down the stretch

Nope. Doesn’t work that way. Can’t combine TPEs with player salary. Portion of Schroder TPE was definitely used.

Do any of the online trade sites work anymore? Espn’s definitely doesn’t and realgm’s says this works straight up, which I am skeptical of.

Muscala salary gets absorbed into Schroder TPE. Should work. I use fanspo.

Do not underestimate how good Bey could be in GSW. Very good trade for both teams if completed.

Gallo/Pritchard/pick for Alec Burks would be a bolder move..

Hey now. It took a lot to be a nobody stalking front office members during summer league games to being a nobody on Twitter with a snarky attitude.

Yeah. Muscala is making $3.5M. But, I believe that that has to go into the $5.9M TPE?

Not positive but I think we're using the Bol Bol TPE to offset the difference in salary between Muscala and Jackson, which would mean we can still use the $5.8 mil schroder TPE..

Nope. Doesn’t work that way. Can’t combine TPEs with player salary. Portion of Schroder TPE was definitely used.

Ok, yeah, you're probably right.

So $5.8 TPE minus $3.5 mil (muscala's salary) would mean our biggest TPE is now $2.3 mil?
Nothing wrong with having a different opinion - as long as it's done respectfully. It'd be lame if we all agreed on everything :)

Do we still have an open roster spot for a buyout?

If Justin Jackson becomes a superstar this is a bad trade.

Right. You can use part of a TPE on a Player, if they make less than the TPE.
But, you cannot use a TPE on a Player, if they makek More that the TPE.

The team option is kinda useful as trade ballast if they have anything else planned in the offseason.

Return to Boston Celtics
