As a guy who constantly hurt himself while dunking, Jaylen is speaking from experience. Nesmith would do well to listen.

Brown said he was most worried about Nesmith hurting others. And even if Brown had a worthy message, a postgame interview after Nesmith's best rookie game is not the time or place to deliver it.
Meanwhile, if Smart gets dealt this summer and Nesmith takes on his old 6th-man defender role, perhaps Nesmith could come to be known as the Grime Lord.
Likewise if Pritchard gets to actually play point next year, he might become their Dime Lord.
And to appreciate the heights of Rob's game, he could more formally be known as the Space and Time Lord.
Perhaps next year they can all play together in the Boston Pantheon.

I do want to root for Nesmith.
And we NEED him to develop. He either needs to be a producer on the court for this team moving forward, or he needs to produce so that he has alot of value in a trade in the future.
Would like him to get between 10-15 minutes a game the rest of the way out.

I'm good with him taking Romeo's minutes right now. As far as I'm concerned, the defense is just as good and Romeo can't hit the broad side of a barn right now. Hopefully this game gave him the confidence to spring into more minutes and hopefully more confident shooting. We'll need it.
and that's "MR. Irrelevant" to you!!

Romeo learns to stick to his man on D and becomes the slime lord? Or leads the league in thefts and becomes the crime lord? Gets a sprite deal and becomes the lemon-lime lord?
Okay Ill see myself out...

Ha! Poor Semi. The rare stiff basketball player in a SF's body.

You guys? I think you'd be talking to me?
JB sure took it seriously when Kyrie dumped on the younger players to the media.

I’ve read the quote 5+ times. I’ve yet to see where Jaylen “dumped on him”. Cause you know, saying someone plays with reckless abandon is the same as blaming young guys for not knowing how to win.
Just looking for reasons, it seems like.

Jaylen Brown is not allowed to be facetious apparently. I’m surprised he didn’t mention how serious JB was when he was speaking out against police brutality as well.

Do we have reports of Brown's body language when he delivered his scathing commentary on Nesmith?

Nah, all the body language experts are too busy watching Tatum.

Re: Welcome to Boston, Aaron Nesmith!
Let's get back to talking about how awesome Aaron Nesmith is.
The 3pt% is 'fine' so far, but I'm confident when he takes them. He's better at attacking the rim off the dribble than I expected. The offensive rebounds/putbacks/blocks were things I think none of us expected, and the Patriots could use his in the secondary.
Overall, a lot to be optimistic about. Now GIVE HIM TIME down the stretch and see what he can do with it!

Okay, humorless Comedian, I take it back. Here's JB's full interview. He gushed enough about Nesmith before the hurting-others comment, so I agree, JB doesn't deserve a hit here:
PS But has JB said anything even vaguely funny since he got here 5 years ago? I don't recall any legit humor for who seems to be the most dour and serious pro athlete in Boston.

Yeah Jaylen is a pretty serious dude lol, but I think him and Tatum love playing with Nesmith.
