Smart/Jaylen/Towns core wouldn’t work, need at least one elite player, preferably two. Would just be this team, except worse because the downgrade from Tatum to Towns.

I think tatum is better than towns as well, so they would have to trade more than just kat especiallybif he asked out.

The two best players whose teams probably WANT to trade them, for very different reasons, are Simmons and SGA. (Perhaps the good recent FA bigs in Houston and Detroit are in the next tier.) Before asking what it would take in value to get SGA, how would trading for him work under the CBA?

Shams said we have talked to Philly about Simmons, and that it would take Jaylen.

Which IF this is actually true, means Udoka (who had coached Simmons) gave the thumbs up. But it’s not going to happen lol.
