I don't think it's the moves as much as the crazy salaries, player's association and whiny owners.

It’s because of the money, rules, entitled players, Adam Silver’s carnival act etc. There are reasons why NBA ratings are so low. Now Silver talking about 40 minute games instead of 48 minute games. Silver knows how to lose his audience

How many games and mpg will Embiid play then

- There is a Great Disturbance In The Force...

- Well, maybe after arising from your Fentanyl-led stupor, you decide it's a good thing to trade Doncic. But for AD? That guy is GLASS.
He's more glass than Porzingis and we know Kristaaps is going to miss 30 - 50 games a year. To say nothing of the difference
in Doncic and AD's ages.

- I will be laughing when the Kyrie-led Mavs are eliminated in the First Round of the Playoffs.

- Lesson 1: Kyrie is evil and you want him as far away from your team as possible.

- Derrick Lively would be fantastic on the Celtics, but as to what they could actually trade for him? You tell me,
because I'm not seeing it?

- The only thing to conclude is there's some unwritten rule that the NBA must bail out the Lakers with a Young
Superstar when they need it and the Spurs will end up with the Top Pick in the Draft and a Multidimensional Big Man.

- Forget all the naysayers, Doncic is going to be fantastic on the Lakers: The best Heel in the NBA, a Killer, likely
motivated to be in his best shape and healthiest, with a chip on his shoulder from missing out on his extension,
contending with Jokic as to who is the Best Player. And they'll be able to build around him and add another Superstar
if Lebron is gone after the season or perhaps LeBron with decide to play several more years, now that they added Doncic...

Only reason Luka was traded for AD is 'cos Luka Doncic for Luke Kornet doesn't work in the trade machine.

The Mavericks are a top 5 attendance franchise in the league. 1 chip and 3 conference titles. Their fans will move on be content and be happy like they always have.

Now Brown for LeBron makes even more sense.

In what sense?

Are fans really banking on a guaranteed chip this year with LeBron vs JB?

Next year, LeBron says I want another 2yr with the second being a PO. It's gonna be pushing 60mil in 26/27. The organization would be at his beck and call, which IMO is horrible for a franchise like the Celtics. All for a chance at a ring this year, which they already have a really good chance at without him? And, you know Bronny will be involved.

This team is fine. Nobody can beat them in a 7 game series.

LeBron is 40 years old. The Lakers shouldn't be gifted again and the age difference is too scary.

This trade is all about not wanting to pay Luka the super max deal. Adam Silver is absolutely clueless. Silver creates the super max deal to keep star players with the team that drafted them but then taxes the hell out of everyone if they do give out a super max deal. So what happens?

Teams look to trade the player to avoid taxes and either the player tells the team what team he wants to be traded to or it’s the same teams NY, LA, Miami etc. that don’t care about the luxury tax that end up with the star players.

NBA has a leadership problem starting from the very top at Commissioner.

Dallas would've gotten more by signing Luka to a long-term contract then trading him. There's just no excuse getting this little in return, asset-wise. Couldn't even get a 2nd FRP or Reeves in the deal?

Not so scary as what you will have to pay Brown two years from now. And you understand, right, that LeBron at age 40 is a better player than Brown will ever be.

True, but IMO the Luka lead Lakers will never win a championship and Bron's championship gets the C Bubble asterisk. :D

Dallas fans seem convinced the new owner wants to move the team to Vegas.
