Hayward should be owning whoever's put on him. GIve us Bubble Hayward! The one blowing by people and dunking on fools. That fadeaway against Horford was weaksauce.

Agree. Defensive effort has been great. Philly have no lanes to get the ball inside and you see them turning the ball over as a result. No one stuck on screens.

They have made a bunch of glaring mistakes (pad basses with #s in transition and the open court, missing bunnies, braindead Rob Will foul there) and that is why the game is so close. They just need to clean up the high cost self-inflicted errors.

Blown layups, bad passes, dumb fouls. We should be up 15-20. Just keep playing fast and cust down on the stupid mistakes. Embiid is tired already.

He seems pretty hesitant today. I miss Aggro Hayward already.

Tbf, I don't think Embiid scored after the crazy 3 he hit about halfway through the first quarter. We did a great job on him that half. Rob took a few rebounds right over him. If that's what he brings this series will end quickly.

Nope. If embiid be is out they sit to avoid fouls and can the run full speed on plays. The point is wear him down with depth. Not just throw fouls at him.

I thought he earned a chance with his bubble play. He made a couple stupid mistakes, but hopefully it's just jitters. I'd give him a little more rope.

Our defense has been the all-star of the first half. All those turnovers. That and Tatum/Brown's shooting.

That said, Embiid is supposed to be at least a top 10 player in this league right? Where the **** was he in the second half. Theis, Kanter, Rob Williams? That's not good enough by him. He torched the first quarter. Was Embiid already gassed?

I know we're the favorites this season but if Embiid keeps playing peek a boo because he can't last 30 mpg then if I'm the 76ers franchise I'm thinking real hard about building around Simmons and hoping I can get a franchise player next to him instead.

Celtics continue to play a half court game Philly will have a great chance to win this game. Celtics need to play fast and use their athleticism. Embiid and Horford will pass out

Rob is definitely nervous in his first playoff mins. He'll need to clean it up in the second half.

But Brad has no choice but to play him. Kanter is an absolute abomination and Theis has no chance against Embiid. After all that Rob IS a +6 and Kanter a -7. Enes is simply unplayable in the playoffs just as I suspected. Horrible, horrible defensive sieve.

Tatum is just going berzerk. Really amazing to see his development.
