Kanter should be 1-2 but missed a bunny. He played great other than that. Do you recall embiid points with kanter on home? Nope. Also running hard on misses. Plan is to run embiid with theis-kanter hard. Play tjmelord for rim runs any time embiid is out for horford.

Will it work. We will see in the 4th.

This is the playoffs where lack of athleticism shows up. Let's see what Hayward does but he may just not have the lift to play this playoffs level game anymore.

Nope. If embiid be is out they sit to avoid fouls and can the run full speed on plays. The point is wear him down with depth. Not just throw fouls at him.

Timelord shouldn't be playing. That's Brad's mistake. Stick it out with Theis and Kanter

Tatum is bailing us out - on the boards as well as the scoreboard.

Jaylen & Timelord are giving good energy. Gordo is Gordo. Kanter looks scared. Theis is overwhelmed. Kemba & Marcus should be more involved.

Would like to see Grant get some minutes, we're getting pushed around with Embiid on the floor and some sort of adjustment ideally needs to be made.

Not sure about that. He never seemed to have a very high BBIQ since day one.

Can't improve IQ just sitting on the bench. You need real reps to improve in that area, but yeah, as KGBoss pointed out, he's been injured.

Some tough growing pains for Time Lord here. He'll learn from this.

I'm liking him getting some playoff burn, it will be helpful down the road

MInor storyline: 0 first half minutes for Grant/Semi.

I knew they'd get squeezed, but really did not expect their role itself to be completely eliminated. If they were combined into one player, they would have played the second most minutes on our team this year after Tatum.

Interesting to see if that lasts all playoffs, or if Timelord is getting the call here because of Philly's size, and we'll recalibrate later.

Philly has so many turnovers and were only up 6 normally a cause for concern.....but I don’t feel like we playing that great either and Cana easily go on a 15-4 run

Tatum has been great, as per usual.

I also love Jaylen's defense today, just swarming, helping at the right time. 2 steals and a forced offensive foul.

Robert Williams has been an overall positive, despite a couple dumb fouls.

If the 76ers wnat to win they need more than 13 pints in a half from Embiid.

Our defense has been the all-star of the first half. All those turnovers. That and Tatum/Brown's shooting.

That said, Embiid is supposed to be at least a top 10 player in this league right? Where the **** was he in the second half. Theis, Kanter, Rob Williams? That's not good enough by him. He torched the first quarter. Was Embiid already gassed?

I know we're the favorites this season but if Embiid keeps playing peek a boo because he can't last 30 mpg then if I'm the 76ers franchise I'm thinking real hard about building around Simmons and hoping I can get a franchise player next to him instead.

I expect Embiid to come out with a bit more intensify in the third but if the celtics weather that storm, he will wilt in the 4th.

I’m happy with Rob Will getting playoff minutes against Embiid and Horford. He needs to get minutes for his progression and to settle his nerves for the later games.

Also we are prone to be fouling Embiid a lot so we need him being able to play.
