One possibility is if Toronto wants out of Siakam's contract, Celts send Horford and filler to Toronto then Siakam goes to Philly and Simmons ends up in Boston.

Of course draft picks would be involved.

Morey is the one who wants Jaylen.

Ben Simmons is damaged goods, so to speak, and his trade value is at its lowest.

So I don't think Jaylen for Simmons will happen.

He can be in exactly 7 days so don't think it is a major problem for a trade like this.

If it's really for JB, then I would rather trade for John Wall than for Simmons.

John Wall is a high risk, high reward gamble. Then also ask for 1st rounders if possible.

Simmons is like being given what you initially thought is a gold bar. But then later on realizing that it's actually a gold plated brick.

I'd do Brown/filler for Simmons/Maxey/Curry/1st/pick swaps. People sleep on Curry...he's a knock down shooter... Maxey gives Boston a stud backcourt prospect....May make it easier to move Smart down the line.
