Indeed. I was confident the 2018-19 Celtics would challenge the KD Warriors. Kyrie, Tatum, Hayward, Horford, Brown, Smart, Rozier...that was a scary team on paper, but there's more to it than a list of names

Close but I was hoping for KD or Irving instead.

I'll let you know when I start believing in karma.

In the meantime with all the suffering in the world if something bad happens to bad people I'll take joy from it.

Dude, **** off. You're rooting for someone to get hurt because they're on a different team than you root for and that makes them "bad people"? These are human beings, ****. I'm embarrassed to root for the same team as you.

There are different reasons to dislike Irving and KD but sure. And let's not act like them missing time on the court impacts them at all financially or career wise at this stage in their careers.

Alas...oh well you'll have to learn a way to live with it. I wish you the best.

At least let's not root for injuries out loud haha. Do it silently in your head and it's all good.

(This was a joke and probably not a good one. Sorry!)

I'm not talking about their careers or finances, I'm talking about you rooting for pain and injury on an athlete you root against. That's seriously messed up and it's sad you don't see that.

Tough situation for Dinwiddie.

One of the biggest issues for the Nets was always going to be health. Both Durant and Irving have gone through multiple serious injuries. Not sure if Dinwiddie has, but it is what it is. Bad situation. I guess this kinda takes Nets out of the Harden sweepstakes for sure.
Good assessment:

It’s not even about the karma, wishing people get serious injuries is just a lame ass look.

This isn’t the first time from him, either.

I was sitting in a Seahawks bar watching the Chiefs-Patriots game on 9/7/2008 when Tom Brady tore his ACL. A couple of drunk **** cheered when he was helped off the field to the locker room. Before I could say anything, the rest of the drunk Seahawks fans started telling them to shut up and asking them how they'd like it if that happened to Matt Hasselbeck (and, as an aside, injuries did derail most of his season).

The moral? Even a majority of drunk Seahawks fans showed more class and empathy than celticfan42487.
