I look at Christian Braun 2022 in Denver and I would have tried to get Baylor Scheierman some playoff mins
but look, it's a moot point

Knicks played better. They deserve to win. It just sucks to lose the series and Tatum like we did.

Surprised the Celts took game 5 but now the Knicks had a chance to adjust (by not letting Brown dish). Therefore, only Brown can score. Let's face it, other than Brown, there's nobody to fear on the Celts. My only wish was that Tatum was playing so there'd be no excuse.

He's a ball stopper who can't pass or dribble. He can hit some tough shots yes, that not enough to offset how many dumb plays he makes.

Brown leads the team in assists even though his teammates are shooting 24%

He has 3 assists compared to Holiday's 2. He also has 6 turnovers due to his inability to dribble, and regularly getting caught in the air with nowhere where to go and passing the pall directly to the other team. He's not a smart player, he wins with sheer athleticism and shoots himself and the team in the foot every other possession. He's the Jameis Winston of the NBA. If you want that guy to be your franchise cornerstone you're in for a rough time.

This version of the team is far closer to what we've had over the last decade then what we had last year.

Let’s be honest. While the doom patrol is having fun, the reason why they kept getting smacked by Miami was in part because Marcus Smart believed he was a true number 1 option to the point where he almost single-handedly shot them out of the 2022 ECF. They blew some leads and it’s tough to repeat. Also tough to do it with Tatum and KP apparently not at 100%. Bring it back next year, make some slight tweaks, work as a 3 seed and Tatum suits up again in April.

Tatum did author a 3 to 1 deficit against this incredibly trash Knicks team.

These guys are tired physically and emotionally. The series was lost in the first 2 games with horrible coaching and terrible clutch play. The Tatum injury just added the cherry on top of this **** sandwich . Hopefully that's the end of Mazzulla. We need a more balanced offense beyond ISO and drive and kick. This team has not been enjoyable to watch this season for the most part.

When we lost Game 2 this series was pretty much a wrap.

Insane how blowing two 20 point leads at home has spiraled into Tatum’s career potentially being changed forever and this squad being dismantled a year after a dominant title run.

Life comes at you fast.

I swear he's been doing that all season, he looks like a shell of his former self. used to be one of my favorite players draining clutch shots and draining shots in general.. he looks like he can't even score any more.

He's washed man. He helped us win 18 so i respect him for that but he needs to be replaced in the off season.

Yup, same sentiment. He was great last season but he was god awful especially on offense this season. Can’t shoot, can’t drive, can’t even make open layups at times, fouls too much and gives easy and 1’s.

I don’t want to throw any hate to any of the guys who got us a championship. I’ll always be thankful for that but it’s time to move on for a good chunk of this roster. Repeating is hard af

Last year was always a mirage, the red carpet was laid out for them and to their credit they walked it to the championship. But this team was always deeply flawed and this style of ball was never going to be sustainable.
