Does this increase or decrease the chances of Harden to the Nets?

Less assets vs more need maybe?

In the meantime with all the suffering in the world if something bad happens to bad people I'll take joy from it.

Durant and Irving are bad people?

I do not wish them good fortune in this competitive field nor do I feel they themselves have taken karmically good actions in it.

Not that I think someone needs some religious excuse like karma to make such a judgment valid.

The DPE should be for more than half of the injured players salary. I say either 75 or 100%. Don’t get why it’s so low other than owners being cheap.

And while I’m bitching about the cap they should up maxes to 50% of the cap. Teams can pay guys who have only played for their teams 60% of the cap BUT it only counts against the cap and lux tax 50%. This way we incentivize players to stay with the team who drafted them (rather significantly) without penalize the teams.

Nets are holding Ky and KD out for rest tonight. Seems pretty clear they will do this all year so I'm realizing their RS record and playoff seed won't be as good as I thought.

I wonder if there should be a rule that you can only rest players for home games. I just think it sucks that fans in, say, Detroit or Cleveland who don't have any stars of their own and look forward to players like KD, Kawhi, etc... coming to their town to play. And then they show up and the star is in street clothes. It would still suck for the home team fans, but they at least benefit when their team (presumably) makes the playoffs with rested starters.

Terry Rozier is going to be very good to great. May make IT expendable, may coexist, I don't know. But, he'll be one of the top 2-3 players on this team at some point.

I'm not "declaring victory", cause he's still a long way from "great". But I can't let myself off the hook for this prediction either, given how much sauce I put on it.

Keep balling, Terry. Wish it was with us.

That's all good by they lost to mcgee and sexton

And knocked off the Nets last night.

This is a really bad loss for New Jersey. Their insane depth is going to play such a huge role for them this year. I am so annoyed that they have Allen coming off the bench.

Also, I do not think that they are actually in the running for Harden, unless Philly is not willing to move Simmons and we refuse to move Brown. Nothing they have to offer (especially with Dinwiddie out) comes close to Brown/Simmons.

Unless every team is offering crap. I think it decreases their chances by a bit. They were offering a bunch of quality but not a lot of high end talent and this weakens that offer.

Looks like a Hayward type ankle sprain. By the pain he was in, probably a grade 3.

Not to make this about Boston and those 2 picks but man.

Sac good and lucky when we had their pick, 14.

Memphis played out of their skin, then pandemic and finished on 14.

Now Morant injured.

But really hate injuries and he’s one of my favourite players to watch.

Damn Caris LeVert thinks he's Tatum for the game-winner. Turns out he's right.
