Danny better be seriously careful if he's trading Tristan, Klutch could ruin us in the media it that happens.

Plus, how the hell are they going to retain Theis? They don't have the money for that.

As per usual, I only believe the rumors if I want them to happen.

If it got serious enough I’m sure klutch and Tristan know about it and if they are ok with it can sell it off as a “he gets to return home” puff piece where everyone’s happy.

I’d bet TT is still here post deadline just imo

With the lakers wanting a center now, I’m surprised there wouldn’t be talk of klutch somehow wanting to get TT there

Wouldnt be surprised if they were trying to move both TT and Theis for a wing. That would explain the interest in LMA and Collins.

For Baynes straight up? Baynes would probably be fine with a situational role. Would give an additional $2.2m wiggle room under the tax. Besides, his 2nd year is non-guaranteed unlike Thompson's.

I know Norm is an expiring but there's no shot we can re-sign him.

Theis is better than TT but TT is locked up for one more year, it would be a major risk to move TT and not Theis

That means Klutch is saying it lol

I don’t know if there’s ever been a more obvious mouthpiece. Not even Bulpett with Ainge, which is saying something.

Perfect. Keep TT/Klutch happy and keep Theis.

Could also be the case that they see TT locked up one more year as bad money in which case trading him for an expiring is a win.
I agree with your point generally about not having a center locked up tho.

Plus, not a chance in hell we’d be able to get Powell for Tristan. He’s been AWESOME offensively this season, 19 a game in only 30 minutes, and a TS of 64%.

Have you been hearing anything about moving TT? I know you said the Theis thing last night, I'm pretty confused about all this

This is actually not a bad idea... Baynes as the third big is great. A better matchup for Embiid than Thompson as well. Im into it.

Nothing. Tristan loves it here, and the guys in the locker room love him.

I haven’t heard anything about Theis either, just putting 2 and 2 together with what Brad said.

Why would it mean clutch is saying it?

Because Haynes has printed whatever Klutch has wanted printed in exchange for scoops for years
