Gonna be amazing next year when Gordon gets unleashed and dunks all over Giannis or something.

Ok I am trying......

Kyrie is a pain in the ass, but he really made things less boring. Now he is going to get a ****ing super team.

You know i defended Kyrie pretty much all year, but yeah I'm okay with moving on at this point.

I think Hayward and Tatum take significant steps forward next year. Not a championship team by any means, but 45 wins or so. Just gotta hope they hit on the eventual Grizzlies pick and get that superstar.

Not sure about that, I'd say this year is the most bored I've been as a Celtics fan ever.

Thanks for the two years Kyrie. Hope we finish better than the Knicks next year but not likely

But my biggest concern is actually Brad. I am not sure he is going to win a championship. His coaching this year was putrid.

But I think the best course is to just have a drama free season and hope everyone develops and makes the playoffs again and we see what happens. Maybe Tatum can become an all star or Brown. Just stuff like that.

If one's heart is not pumping anymore, do they still bleed?

Same, not even boring. Just exhausting? All the dribbling, the clearly poor team basketball, people defending it, ah. It’s alright, though. I’m glad it was less boring for some of you, truly.

For me as I get a bit older, I realize how important the regular season is. Championships are obviously the goal, but in the end this is an entertainment source for me. Playing like utter crap for 6 months to potentially play great for 2 months doesn’t make up for the 6 months of junk you put me through, heh.

It’s really, really hard to make it work with a player who freelances 70% of the time. The team can’t get into rhythm with a point guard like that. Not saying I need a pass first guard, but you need a guard who can stabilize the team, play consistently, create rhythm. As talented a ball handler and passer Kyrie is, he has never been the type of player who could consistently control the tempo of a game. That’s why I’m not worried about Brad. It’s hard to rely on a player like this to lead a consistently good offense.

Kyrie is better served as a second ball handler who can be an assassin for a quarter or two every now and then.

Coaches develop just like players develop. This year Brad was in a tough spot. He'll learn from this and come back a better coach.

I think he had to placate to Kyrie and a few others quite a bit.... there are a lot of egos in the room and I think if you remove a couple of them it's better for the team as a whole.

Sad for Al. He's getting older now. His chances at that ring are getting smaller and smaller.

It kills me since I still think this could have been a team in the finals......

Certainly wouldn't be opposed to freeing up more cap space. Find a way to unload Hayward while we're at it (probably not happening without giving up more than we should)

Al still needs to get that ring. He's not getting it here.
