Really don't see how it hurts them. If he doesn't assimilate to their style of play, they just won't play him. But if he does, holy ****. That is far and away the most talented starting five in the history of NBA basketball. Legitimately an all star at every position, shooting and playmaking all over the floor.

This is why you always improve your team. Have to give the warriors credit. No way are the celtics beating the warriors now without making another move for a star player. Warriors are almost unbeatable now.

The League actually should ban this signing.

Nonsense. That’s now how FREE agency works.

Free?

Whatever, Danielson and Miyagi still took down that prick John Kreese and his Cobra Kai goons, and they seemed unstoppable. C's Up.

Players are ‘free’ to sign with whatever team offers them a contract. Peoples idea of freedom when they don’t like someone’s choices is quite odd

Rudy Gay just recently bounced back pretty well after an achilles tear. It's a different time. They don't need him to be what he was last year, as long as he continues to be a stretch 5 with playmaking ability, that is flat out scary added to what the Warriors already have.

Celtic King wrote:Does this move by Boogie inspire Leonard to come to someone like us to compete or does he stick to his plan to go to LA next year and just suck with SAS this season?

He definitely waits and goes to LA. This season is basically a wrap if Cousins comes back healthy.

Boogie will leave GSW next season, they've got to make calls on Klay and Draymond soon, plus Durant is on a player option. The Lakers with Kawai and LeBron would actually have a chance if GSW loses a couple pieces next year, but not this season and especially not if they have to give up good players to get Kawai.

I think this screws the Spurs the most. Who is going to pay to get Kawai whit that Warriors team waiting in the finals?

Boogie's gonna be back like in Feb/March. He's not gonna be 100% for playoffs. It's not the end of the world.

This is against fair play.

If Boogie is healthy this is stupid to watch. Best starting lineup in NBA history, maybe sports history.

You and I have a different idea of the word free. You can’t dictate where players sign. It’s totally up to them.
