I am expecting Brad Stevens to do something like this. Celtics could do a trade like this after a Pritchard trade for a wing making more than the $6.2 TPE or Pritchard could stay and Celtics use the TPE for a wing.

I'm expecting the Celtics to acquire one or two players today depending on who they send out.

We shall see. Brad, I'm sure is being careful about not rocking the boat too much. You saw Tatum's comments about Lamar yesterday. This is a really close group with awesome chemistry.

Out of the possible guys moving in that deal, Lamar was the one I'd have preferred to keep, but then maybe it would have fallen through.

If the team loves Lamar, they'll probably love Xavier, too, and get over it once they get a chance to see him in action.

But for any final move, yeah, careful of chemistry. Using the TPE for one more backup wing can shoot a bit and play defense. With what's already happened, I'd give Naji Marshall the inside track if I was betting on one more last minute move.
