Indeed. The Cs should put more emphasis on making their website useful and timely. They would increase their traffic by orders of magnitude. Their "history" section stopped like four years ago. That would take maybe one hour to update.

I think that Javonte Green is the odd man out.
He's the only one who can't go the Maine Red Claws, as an Affiliate, due to his $100,000 Partial Guarantee.

Boston can have 20 players on the roster, 15 plus 2 two ways and 3 additional for 20. I have heard that then they can assign 2 or all three of those additional players to Maine after only 1 day (or longer) if they want, then bring in the another 2 or 3 They can assign up to 6 to Maine, outside of 2 ways or 15 egular roster. So Boston could have a TOTAL of 23 in camp at one time or another, just only 20 at a time. The 6 they could assign to Maine will still be UFA, and can sign with any other team if they want. Only players protected would be the 15 roster and 2 two ways.

Jaylen and Gordon will both be FAs in a year, right? So keeping some developmental (s)wing talent isn't as crazy as it first sounds.

Anyhow, a 17-player roster that would keep all the guys w/ special claims (guarantees, just picked in the draft, Tacko Fall hype) is:

Kanter Poirier R. Williams Fall
Theis G. Williams Semi
Tatum Hayward J. Brown Green
Langford Edwards
Walker Smart Waters Wanamaker

(Waters and Fall would be the two-ways.)

Anybody else would have to push one of those 17 out.

I think you mean 4 Affiliates can be cut and go to the Red Claws. Unless it changed?
Celtics can have up to 6 x Exhibit 10's. I think that that is "at a time", as well.

You are correct, I stand corrected.

But as constructed, Boston can rotate as many as they want through the training camp revolving doors. Problem is most players don't want to come to camp for just a few days or whatever it may be. I guess its about just getting your foot in the door at all.

That's probably it. Getting probable G-League players to pass through our doors.
Like, John Bohannon played pretty well for the Maine Red Claws, last year.

This may be a way to get them (Bohannon and others) some recognition, and reward.
At least they can add the $50K to their G-League pay.
