Simmons is horrible as a pnr ball handler because he's not a threat to score. Plus Embiid is horrible as a pnr roll man. It's not a good match.
Simmons shouldn't be ball dominant because he can't shoot. Teams will just sag off of him and his man won't even have to worry about the 3 second.

Embiid can stretch the floor but he’s not a complementary piece and you don’t want him spending his time out there.. KAT, Brook Lopez, .. Chicago could be a great fit if he were valued at Jerami Grant level but Morey is robbing Sacramento blind instead

Boston could try to get Rozier back but unless he was immediately inserted as the number 1 option over Tatum he'd cause issues. If Beal is off the board and staying in Washington its really bad news for Boston. Basically meaning that Beal knows something about Boston's future with Tatum and is choosing to stay for now. Id make a move for Simmons and find a way to keep Brown and Tatum.

Beal, like most really good players, will likely take the most money. Probably a 1% chance Boston gets him.

If Collins is available, go get him. Can't see much of a difference between Beal and Collins anyways.

Great game against Charlotte tonight by our untradeable young lions.

I'd love Collins.

I wonder if the Celtics can steal Isaiah Hartenstein from the Clippers since they are shopping a lot of their players. He is a decent center and good age too.

His size makes him very dangerous playing off of Embiid especially with shooters around the perimeter.

The bad fit is playing with ball dominant wings which is the majority of the league right now and part of the reason nobody is busting down Philly's door to get him.

We should get rosier and Hayward back. Ridiculous to let talent like that leave our roster.

Dude. Simmons is an elite passer and ball handler and impossible on the break. He can get into the lane and finish and his driving and kicking ability will allow Tatum and Brown to catch and shoot.

Our issues in offense is that Tatum has to create every single one of his shots. It is unsustainable .

Celtics have lost Kyrie, Rozier, Hayward and Morris since 2019 and replaced them with Richardson and a $17m TPE.

Ainge was perhaps the worst GM in the league his last few years.

I hope Brad makes some moves, otherwise this is another .500 season...doomed for mediocrity again.

I think it's time to snag Rui Hachimura or Deni Avdija from the Wizards.
Both have great potential. Both under exceeded expectations.
Wizards needs to get rid of one of them. If not now, then later..

Trade our future firsts for 3-year supply of edibles for the fans. This team is getting unbearable to watch by the season. Fun cohesive team basketball is my banner 18.

Simmons can't be counted on to create shots. He is best playing off a short roll or as a DHO big, like how the Dubs use Draymond. But yeah, he's elite at what he does well. I would trade Jaylen straight up for him. It'd be the best thing for both teams as well as both players.
