Tatum was lazy offensively after halftime too.

Didn’t look very switched on or energetic.

Played lazy on both ends as a result.

Offensively he was scoring with ease early by attacking downhill. After halftime he was just jacking contested jumpers

What lol

He took ten threes in the first half, and four in the second. The second half was much more of him off the dribble and at the rim, he just missed a few easy looks.

Hornets also trapped him on most PnR’s in the second half.

In the third quarter it definitely felt like he wasn’t anywhere near as aggressive.

Forgot about some of the blown layups inside. He did get aggressive again in the fourth.

But definitely wasn’t one of his best 45 point games.

He should have had 50 easily with a W

Agreed, and he definitely should have hit that last FT. Dude had to be gassed though, 44 minutes on the second night of a B2B.

18-28 Free Throws (64% is Putrid for an NBA Team). Porzingis (6-10) and Holiday (0-2) didn't help.

That, my friends, sums it all up. 1 more Free Throw, or a coach to say shoot inside the line (Hauser was 1-9, it was not his night, and he didn't need to miss 8 to know that). Blame the coaching, and Hauser, for lack of paying attention to the immediate.

Like I said, Spoelstra would have won this game.

Heat choked away a game vs trashass Bulls they’re last game. This is not on the coach. Players didn’t execute down the stretch

That's a fair tweet. Up 9 with 2 minutes to go against the Hornets? Embarrassment is the minimum emotion they should be feeling.

Pissed, sure. It was a horrid loss, that part of the tweet is fine. The team shouldn’t be embarrassed that they lost a regular season game lol.

Semantics thing though.

I think you just want to beat up on Greenberg!

One of the few things that can stop this team is the ego of its stars.

“Slow it down and walk it up and flail and fail” may be dying out — but it’s still there waiting to snatch any and all victories away from whatever near-perfect roster Brad puts around them.

The Heat play Duncan Robinson, the corpses of Kyle Lowry and Kevin Love, a rookie and a bunch of ass water talent along with Jimmy and Bam.

Spo has knives compared to Joe’s .50 cal..it’s sad to even compare. Lower the bar to like Willie Green or something.

Our Achilles' Heels:

1 - Jaylen is a moron.
2 - Hero-ball in general.
3 - Joe is – at best – a replacement level coach.
4 - Porzingis health.

Despite statistically performing well so far I still think the top 6 guys are adjusting to the change in circumstances and as a result there’s still lots of room for growth.

Tatum needs to be scoring more. Despite there now being more room for him to be unselfish, in multiple games the game has cried out for Tatum to attack more.

Holiday definitely adjusting from handling the ball a ton in Milwaukee.

Brown seems to be pressing far more offensively this season as he isn’t automatically the second option.

Horford was in an awful flow to start the season.

Jaylen sucked ass, but Jrue can’t miss two FT’s like thst. One prob would have been enough. Joe went with 5 guys to switch around the perimeter and there’s no way Charlotte gets off a clean 3 on that defensive set. Only problem was he still did it with us up 2 and opened up the entire paint for a tie..lmaoo I can’t even

WOW, can't believe I just watched this abortion of a game.....Leading the entire time only to choke like they've been doing the past 3 years.....I thought we had this figured out---No urgency on offense to close this game. WALK WALK WALK the ball up the court. Joe should've just left the bench in for Crissakes....Man SCREW this team, going nowhere again. C'mon Holiday, make your damn free throws, loser.

Lol why is this team going nowhere?

They have the best record in the NBA, a top 5 offence and defence.

It’s a **** loss sure but it’s a random November game.

Would be far more concerned if this was game 1 of the playoffs.

Far more positives than negatives with this team so far.

Although 7 TO's by Jrue are a reason for the loss, Porzingis shooting 1-8 from 3 and 4-6 from 2 tells me Porzingis's brain should have realized today was a day to operate inside the line, and I maintain the coaching staff should have told him to as well. He's not innocent of this defeat. 6-10 Free Throws aside, he shouldn't have taken 8 3's TODAY.
