Anthony Edwards Adidas line is among the best-selling shoes in the market. Essentially the face of Adidas bball right now. He’s on the national team. So it’s not about not being a Nike brand athlete.

If it’s a Nike thing (I don’t think it is), it might have more to do with this:

That could be the major irritation for Nike or part of it - it seems Nike and Brown are at an impasse.
They weren't leaving the "Next Jordan" off the team whatever sneaks he wears.
