Kemba was ok. If the Jays are gonna each get 30 Kemba gets 16. We don’t have the shooting .

1. Gave up 19 3s.
2. Gave up 40 pts in Theis
3. After Rob Williams, bench had 7 pts.
4 refs scored 60pts in paint and had 4 free throws?

Fans still looking at our bench and not the smiling elephant in the room. None of the bench players were out there in a close game. Our defense is handicapped in the clutch with Kemba out there and he isn't giving us much on the other end apart from one-and-done pullup threes you hope will go in.

He's such a terrible defender, I can't stand it. His impact is so overrated.

I’ve always thought he was below average defensively, as I get yelled at on here for lol. But I do think part of the reason he’s been so bad defensively this year is how much more he’s had to take on offensively.

His team defense will always be a disaster, but he’s taken a pretty big step back on ball this season. He’s always been pretty good there, so it has to be saving himself some for offense.

Tatum TO late in games have been a issue too. There is no excuse to suck this bad down the stretch. Brad use to close games with IT and a bunch of bums. These guys are more talented than them that’s why I hold to a high standard.

Kemba was not okay, his defense handicaps the entire team. And he isn’t consistently making shots, or looking for other guys.

When you have four players scattered about the perimeter watch one dribble the ball and nobody moves or cuts...you're not winning much against a team like Utah.
If Brad preaches ball movement and nobody moves.....the only conclusion you can come to is the team has tuned him out.

He had 16 points. There were no free throw attempts. He was mediocre, but he doesn’t get shots. Everything he takes is forced.

I don’t think the Brown and a Tatum thing will work unless one of them decides to be a facilitator.

They do a terrible job moving the basketball.

Gordo was so good in this team and all we did was **** on him.

I know the big named moves are the ones everyone wants to talk about. But ya a Jordan Clarkson kind of player move (obviously not him) could be a huge boost as well.

But ya watching that bench, there is just no kick from it. I think its a lot of quality guys, but its a bunch of guys that dont look for offense.

We've had this argument but did you see the graphic. 4th most lineups on the 4th youngest team in nba. Our roster is awful man. We have 7 legit nba players and 3 are centers. Meanwhile everyone in the league has guards. I have questions on some decisions and rotations at times but this team is playing at their level. I predicted 5th or 6th season pre season mainly stating not enough playmakers and such a limited roster.

This is it in a nutshell. Kemba’s defense is so atrocious and his offense no longer makes up for his short falls. Kemba is a net negative player

Ya Brad needs to have Kemba come off the bench as a microwave scorer or something. Because ya, his defense is reaching Trae Young levels.

Kemba is ok. Not great. He doesn’t have the ball to find guys.

Kemba dribbles. Then passes, and never gets it back.

His looks were terrible. The ball isn’t in his hands and we don’t move the ball. This isn’t a Kemba issue. We don’t have any Spacing.

If this is a Kemba sucks thread ya’ll got problems. This is a roster issue. Our ball movement sucks. As does our defense.

and so the two Jays try to takeover because they know they have no help and get accused of being selfish.

Hes not preaching that. He said the same thing your saying right now going into 4th. He said we get to iso heavy.

But also to your point when jazz were struggling down stretch they put ball in their best players hands and went screen and roll.

We have no joe ingles, Clarkson. Everyone gets a boner when Pritchard makes a 3. You can literally no onto the g league and fill out our bench.
