The Bucks are a **** joke. They've obliterated teams when they had all 5 starters on the floor, destroyed opposition when they had 4 starters on the floor, and were pretty much net positive regardless of whoever was on the floor.

Awesome. I love me some celtics.

Now all that's needed is a Celtic pride Daniel Stern meme.

The Miami Vice theme music in the arena makes it even more fun.

Once again, everything says Tatum is the team's best player.

Theis the is the bargain.

Hayward not worth his money, but better than the others who don't pass to him.

Kemba, still wearing a Charlotte uniform.

Not a good look. Even on the sidelines recently, the first game he was out, was wearing some purple/teal Charlotte-looking jacket.

If the team replaced the 30 minutes Semi and G Williams were on the court, even with just an average type of NBA power forward, there would be great improvement for the team. That is according to the stats here, and everywhere.

Semi: bad at everything, but still gets 20 minutes because he looks like he would be good defensively. Amazing.

Grant has been trending up significantly since he hit that first three. I can't recall exact numbers, but his O-PIPM was like bottom-10 amongst rookies until he hit that three. It's still bad overall, but definitely improving. His D-PIPM has been positive since his first minute.

63.5 TS% at the very least, even if on limited shots.

This is why it annoys me when Brad so often makes clear he doesn't think Theis is one of his five best players. And Grant's average includes all those games to start when he was missing all those shots. He's been reliably better as the season has gone on. The end of the bench will matter less if Rob stays healthy and then when rotations get shortened in the playoffs.

These are awesome. Hoping we get to see KG do one with Smart at some point (although Smart did a segment with Ainge last year).

Spoiler:
I'm also reminded of how angry I am knowing that Kyrie was likely to have been lying through his teeth when he did his segment with Cousy last season.

The curious bit is Celtics have -1.5 net rating with Gordon & Kemba ON the floor but WITHOUT Tatum. WITH Tatum, that shoots up to +12.7.

On top of having the best starting lineup in the league, the Bucks have also been unusually healthy compared to all the other top teams, so any stat based on starting lineups is going to double down on how incredible their starters are. We will be hurt a little bit by Gordon missing so much time - he's in most of our best lineups, but wasn't a starter in a third of games this season.

That's not to take anything away from the Bucks. Their healthy five-man starting lineup outscores other teams by close to 20 points per 100 possessions, which is unfathomably good.

This doesn't mean anything obviously, but in terms of our placement in regular season offense/defense/wins type stats, we're pretty similar to last year's Raptors. We are on pace to win approximately 58 wins. We are top 5 on both offensive and defensive rating. We are third in SRS.

Could somebody please explain to me that "Hello darkness, my old friend" GIF? The two guys in the picture, to put it mildly, do not look like Simon & Garfunkel. :)

I come in peace. Just wanted to get a gauge for a question I have. If the Celtics had kept Al Horford with the signing of Kemba Walker with the improvement of Brown and Tatum how much better do you think your present team could be or would it be any better?

Thank you.
You want it to be one way....but it's the other way.

Based on the play of Theis/Kanter and the play of Horford, I would think the team would be worse.
